Real Estate, Construction & Infrastructure · Mid-sized Commercial Real Estate Specialty Contractor
Challenge: With no shared dashboard, departments couldn't see what stage a project was in. bygge's assessment estimated the cost at six figures a year in avoidable rush orders and overtime.
What we did: Mapped cross-departmental workflows company-wide, then delivered a findings report, an operational roadmap and a separate AI implementation plan for when the company is ready.
Result: For the first time, leadership can see where structure is missing across the business, with a prioritized plan to fix it, independent of any AI rollout.

Real Estate, Construction & Infrastructure →Real Estate, Construction & Infrastructure · EV Infrastructure Company
Challenge: CRM, e-commerce, email, calendar and outbound ran as separate systems. Keeping data clean and deals moving took hours of manual work every week.
What we did: Connected CRM, scheduling and the CRM's built-in dialer, so the whole sales motion runs from one platform. Automated multi-channel outbound, including voicemail drops, with cold calling kept manual by design. Set up real-time alerts for key sales activity. Built two AI agents on the client's existing systems: a chatbot that answers new reps' questions, and a meeting-prep agent that briefs reps from CRM and email history before every call. Delivered an AI roadmap for the next phase.
Result: Pipeline grew from about $100K to over $1M, including a multi-site deal whose first meeting came within 30 days of launch. The rep got back more than a third of their week, with no added sales headcount.

Real Estate, Construction & Infrastructure →Professional & Business Services · B2B Services Provider
Challenge: No consolidated, documented tech stack, and no in-house knowledge to maintain one.
What we did: Assessed its systems and recommended a consolidated tech stack, then set up and calibrated an automated email and LinkedIn outbound system. Delivered playbooks and trained the team on setup, maintenance and outbound best practices, both technical and sales, so it could take the system over.
Result: The team now runs, maintains and scales the system on its own, for its own pipeline and its clients'.

Challenge: Needed outbound sales capacity without the budget or bandwidth to build an in-house team.
What we did: Connected CRM and scheduling into one system, automated cold outbound across email and LinkedIn, and set up real-time alerts for key sales activity. Ramped the system and monitored it through the first months.
Result: The hours came back to the founder and a teammate who had been splitting the outbound work. Volume went from ~30 emails a day by hand to ~600 automated.

No. Many engagements are pure structure, data or systems work with no AI component. AI comes in when it's the right tool, not by default.
No. Nothing here is a prerequisite for anything else. If the ask is one automated workflow, we clean and connect the data that workflow touches, not your entire stack. If the work needs a piece of another solution to succeed, it's built into the engagement, not sold separately.
There's no minimum. Engagements are sized to the problem, from a single workflow to a multi-month program. Pricing is set after a short scoping call, and you get a written proposal before any work starts.
It depends on scope. Broader programs typically run two to six months or more; a single workflow can be faster.
The ones you already run. We work inside your existing systems, from your CRM to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and recommend new tools only when what you have can't do the job.
Every engagement runs under confidentiality terms agreed before work starts. At kickoff, we confirm with you which tools and services will access your data, including any AI providers, and how it's stored and retained. We work in your accounts, with only the access each task needs. You own your data and everything we build for you, and we remove our access when the engagement ends.
Yes. Everything we deliver through Build, Automation & Agentic Implementation, and Data Architecture & Systems Integration is designed to run without bygge. If you want ongoing support, Optimize can continue month to month after the engagement ends, covering monitoring, maintenance and tuning. It's never a requirement.
Tell us what you're working on. We'll come back with where to start and what you'll get.
